This SMS service is operated by Shark Transportation Inc. (t/a Mark Veniero Trucking) (“Mark Veniero Trucking,” “MV Trucking,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms.

Service description

Mark Veniero Trucking operates an SMS-based dispatch communication service for its drivers and employees.

Who receives messages

Recipients are drivers and employees of Mark Veniero Trucking who have provided their mobile number during onboarding.

Consent

By providing your mobile number to Mark Veniero Trucking during onboarding, you consent to receive SMS messages related to dispatch operations, shift availability polls, and assignment notifications. At the time you provide your number on the onboarding/contact-information paperwork, a written consent disclosure on that form states that Mark Veniero Trucking will use the number to send SMS messages of this kind, and that you may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to a few messages per week related to dispatch and shift coverage.

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out, opt in, and help

You can opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. To resume messages after opting out, reply START or UNSTOP. For help, reply HELP to any message, or email marka@mvtrucking.com.

Carrier liability

Carriers (e.g. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
